What Village of Heroes is about
This is a strategy game that folds roguelike runs into classic tower defense. Instead of fixed turrets you drop heroes onto the field, each with its own attack and role. Between waves you spend resources to upgrade heroes, equip gear and strengthen the village. Bosses interrupt the flow and test your best setup, and if the defense breaks the run resets with a fresh mix of heroes and items.

Village upgrades, items and bosses
Progress reaches past the current wave. You gather resources to upgrade the village, which unlocks new heroes and stronger defenses over time. Items and gear can be equipped to boost a hero's damage or survivability. Boss fights are the real pressure: they hit harder than a normal wave, so they force you to commit your best heroes and gear at the right moment.
